中新网2月21日电 据住房和城乡建设部网站消息，2024年，全国计划新开工改造城镇老旧小区5.4万个。根据各地统计上报数据，1-12月份，全国新开工改造城镇老旧小区5.8万个。分地区看，北京、兵团、广东、江苏、上海、河南、安徽、广西、山西、湖南、湖北等11个地区2024年实际开工改造城镇老旧小区超额完成计划。
