智通财经APP获悉，2月20日，港元三个月以下拆息全线向下，其中，隔夜息跌穿4%，报3.98833%，见近一周新低，与楼按相关的一个月拆息亦结束五连升，降至4.05833%。
反映银行资金成本的三个月拆息中止四连升，今报4%，六个月及一年期拆息分别升至3.99506%和4.06089%。
