本人从未申请过公积金贷款，但配偶婚前有一笔公积金贷款未结清，我还可以再申请公积金贷款吗？
【部门回复】
贵阳市住房公积金管理中心：不可以。公积金贷款次数以缴存人家庭（本人及配偶）为单位进行认定，配偶婚前的公积金贷款结清后，方可再次申请公积金贷款。
