近日，有多位深圳市民在深圳政府在线网络留言板询问公积金新政落地进度，对此，深圳市住房和建设局回应称，新政的报审工作正在抓紧推进中，预计近期印发实施。2024年11月，深圳公积金中心发布了《关于〈深圳市住房公积金贷款管理规定〉的补充规定》《关于我市住房公积金利息补贴有关事项的通知》的征求意见稿，拟提高深圳公积金贷款最高额度，引发市场关注。
