世荣兆业(002016)2月19日晚间公告，近日，公司子公司江西锋源热能有限公司（简称“江西锋源”）与临武县人民政府签署了《合作框架协议》，江西锋源拟与临武县相关企业和政府平台公司共同成立热电联产项目合资公司，在临武县投资新建热电联产集中供热项目。
