备受粉丝期待，但迟迟没有发布的“大饼”《空洞骑士：丝之歌》现已从任天堂 eShop 被移除。目前游戏的 PS、Xbox 和 Steam 商店页面，以及欧盟的 eShop 页面仍然存在，但游戏从北美商店下架的原因仍然为谜。
目前的主要理论是，游戏将不再登陆原版 Switch 主机，而是登陆 Switch 2.上个月，开发团队 Team Cherry 向粉丝保证，开发进展顺利，游戏会在某个时间点发布。
开发商营销和发行主管 Matthew Griffin 表示：“这款游戏是真实的，正在推进，将会发布。”但游戏自 6 年前宣布以来，更新一直很少。
