知情人士称，特斯拉已经开始在印度寻找土地，以在当地新建电动汽车制造厂，马哈拉施特拉邦将是特斯拉的第一个选址地。马哈拉施特拉邦政府向特斯拉提供了靠近浦那的Chakan和Chikhali的厂址。政府官员表示已经进行了谈判，但尚未最终确定。（印度经济时报）
