2月18日，兰花科创（600123）发布公告，副总经理李洪文和煤炭总工程师眭一平因年龄原因辞职，辞职后两人将不再担任公司及其控股子公司的任何职务。
李洪文、眭一平的辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。
2024年前三季度，兰花科创实现收入84.19亿元，归母净利润7.07亿元。
