登记客户流程：
1. 录入手机自动判客：登记客户的电话，输入11位号码后自助判客，如是自然来访，按照案场轮班排序接待，如是复访客户，则提示归属的顾问继续接待，完成签到；
2、扫码登记流程：渠道分销客户来访，经纪人出示客户二维码，接待员扫码确客，可点击补充中间四位，选择接待的置业顾问，确认登记；
3、接待记录：查询近期接待过的客户记录，方便有需要时候查询。
