农村危房改造
继续实施2024年第二批未完工的155个老旧小区改造项目，2025年计划再申报老旧小区改造项目118个，同步实施老旧小区加装电梯36部，推动老旧小区人居环境和功能品质全面提升。适时启动毫沁营、下新营、东乌素图村等20个城中村改造项目，涉及征拆5998户，建设安置房屋17775套。推动实施462户农村危房改造。
