2月17日，港元拆息连续两个交易日全线上扬，其中，隔夜息抽升120基点至4.23512%，为1月28日以来最高，而与楼按相关的一个月拆息亦连升三天，报3.87726%，为1月22日以来最高。反映银行资金成本的三个月拆息报3.90929，见1月15日最高，六个月及一年期拆息分别升至3.94768%和4.01923%。
