《科创板日报》17日讯，美国西北大学科学家首次确定了与说话意图相关的额叶以外的特定脑区——颞叶和顶叶皮层。这一发现为未来使用脑机接口治疗布罗卡氏失语症开辟了道路——使用脑机接口将大脑信号转换为语音。相关论文发表在13日的《神经工程学杂志》上。
