智通财经APP讯，远东宏信(03360)公布，于2025年2月6日，公司与联席牵头经办人订立认购协议，以根据该计划进行提取，并于2025年2月14日发售及发行提取票据，面值总额为人民币12亿元，票息为4.25%，提取票据获豁免遵守证券法项下的登记规定。提取票据以人民币计值。公司拟将发售的所得款项净额用作营运资金及一般公司用途。
