宝宝由于胃部生理构造的特点，很容易吐奶，所以每次喂奶后，一定要将宝宝竖抱，并用空心掌拍他的后背，直到打出"嗝"来为止。
并且，等宝宝打嗝后，可以右侧卧15~20分钟，以防胃部的奶液回流。
