2月13日，百洋医药宣布，与罗氏制药中国签订商业化合作协议，获得罗氏制药旗下肿瘤靶向药美罗华（通用名：利妥昔单抗）在中国大陆地区的独家市场推广权。该药主要用于治疗非霍奇金淋巴瘤、慢性淋巴细胞白血病等疾病，于2000年4月在国内获批上市。
