2月13日，英飞凌宣布成立一个新的业务部门，将当前的传感器和射频（RF）业务合并成一个专门的部门。新成立的传感器单元和射频（SURF）业务部门隶属于电源与传感系统（PSS）事业部，并涵盖之前的汽车和多市场传感与控制相关业务。新业务部门于2025年1月1日生效。
