2月10日16时许，四川德阳中江县群众报警称有人飞行动力伞时，不慎掉人凯江河上游。接警后，县公安局、县应急局等相关部门立即组织力量赶赴现场救援，落水者胡某经县人民医院抢救无效后死亡。
