欧洲央行执委施纳贝尔2月11日表示，降低借贷成本无法解决该地区经济所面临的结构性挑战。
施纳贝尔在德国就业研究所发表讲话称，目前经济增长只能算是温和，而贸易不确定性已“急剧”上升，放松货币政策助益有限。施纳贝尔表示，“面对日益加剧的地缘政治分裂，需要重新考虑出口导向型增长模式”。（彭博）
