被徐州市卫生健康委员会处以警告，没收违法所得退款剩余人民币叁拾万叁仟贰佰元整（￥30.32万元），罚款人民币壹佰柒拾肆万陆仟壹佰元整（￥174.61万元）的行政处罚。
