【财华社讯】Paragon Shine Limited及高鑫零售(06808.HK)联合公告，要约人Paragon Shine Limited宣布其已于2025年2月10日接获市监总局就此合并控股备案作出的批准，因此市监总局条件已达成。
根据买卖协议，买卖协议交割应不迟于市监总局条件达成日期后12个交割营业日(即2025年2月27日)或要约人与卖方可以书面协定其他日期作实。
