2月10日下午，哈尔滨亚冬会速度滑冰比赛在省冰上训练中心速滑馆继续进行。在女子3000米的比赛中，3位中国女将继续强势发挥，小将杨滨瑜以4分08秒54的成绩战胜队友、名将韩梅，获得冠军。韩梅和太智恩分获二、三名。这也是中国速度滑冰队继女子1500米和男子5000米后，在本届亚冬会上第三次包揽金银铜牌。
