2025年2月10日，华正新材(603186.SH)公告称，董事会于日前收到公司副总经理周阳递交的书面辞职文件，公司副总经理周阳因个人原因申请辞去副总经理职务，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。
截至公告披露日，周阳仍持有公司股份41,200股，将继续遵守相关规定管理所持股份。
