财联社2月10日电，国联证券公告称，公司于2025年1月13日召开董事会审议通过变更A股证券简称的议案，由“国联证券”变更为“国联民生”，股票代码“601456”保持不变。此次变更基于公司战略发展需要，使证券简称更全面反映公司基本情况及未来发展规划。变更不涉及主营业务的变更，不存在利用变更影响公司股价、误导投资者的情形，也不存在损害公司和中小股东利益的情形。变更实施日期为2025年2月14日。
