2月10日，渣打银行（香港）有限公司（“渣打香港”）作为做巿商、投资者及客户回购服务供应商，与中信证券国际资本管理有限公司、广发全球资本有限公司及东卫资产管理私人有限公司等金融机构客户，首次以“债券通”（北向通）债券作为抵押品，在香港进行离岸人民币债券回购业务。
