北京时间2月7日，热火队官方宣布了五方大交易，并欢迎交易中得到的三位新援维金斯、达维昂-米切尔和李凯尔。
据球衣记者Etienne Catalan的消息，李凯尔将在热火身披20号球衣，上一位身穿该号码的热火球员是2020年的温斯洛。此前，李凯尔在勇士身穿1号球衣。
从官方欢迎海报上可以看到，维金斯将在热火队身着22号球衣，米切尔则穿45号球衣。
