三言科技2月7日消息，日前，证监会官网公示了实时公交信息线上平台“车来了”母公司元光科技首次公开境外发行上市备案通知书。
据悉，“车来了”曾获得包括阿里、滴滴等机构投资。2024年12月31日，元光科技向港交所更新招股书。
招股书显示，截至2024年6月30日，“车来了”已将业务范围扩展至将近460个城镇，灼识咨询资料显示，以2023年按城市覆盖范围计，“车来了”是中国最大的实时公交信息平台。
