格隆汇2月7日丨海南华铁(603300.SH)公布，公司董事、总经理胡丹锋先生提议通过上海证券交易所交易系统以集中竞价交易方式进行股份回购，本次回购的股份拟在未来用于股权激励或员工持股计划。本次回购的资金总额不低于人民币20,000万元且不超过人民币30,000万元(含)。
