月6日（采访时间），贵阳的张先生使用银行APP转账的时候，误将13.8万元转到了前同事的账户上。但经过查看，发现其中的9万元已经因同事的房贷被银行自动扣款了，银行表示正在汇报处理中。律师表示，前同事具有返还义务。
