石基信息2月5日公告，2025年1月27日，公司全资子公司石基新加坡与New World Hotel Management Limited（新世界酒店管理有限公司）（简称“客户”，代表瑰丽酒店集团）签订《MASTERSERVICES AGREEMENT》（简称“MSA”或“本协议”），约定公司将为客户及其关联方旗下拥有、特许经营、管理或经营的酒店（以下简称“参与酒店”）以SaaS服务的方式提供新一代云架构的企业级酒店信息管理系统Shiji Enterprise Platform - SEP（替换现有PMS），云餐饮系统Infrasys Cloud、水疗及休闲解决方案CONCEPT、石基支付解决方案等产品及相关配套产品和服务。
