财联社2月2日电，乌克兰国家紧急情况服务局当地时间2月2日通报称，波尔塔瓦州波尔塔瓦市居民楼遭俄军导弹袭击事件已造成12人死亡。波尔塔瓦州此前宣布2月2日至2月4日举行为期三天的哀悼。俄罗斯方面对此暂无回应。
