北京时间2月1日，据记者Marc Stein和Jake Fischer报道，鹈鹕队成为新一支对巴特勒感兴趣的球队。
报道称，联盟消息人士透露，“一支新球队成为了巴特勒潜在的交易追逐者，鹈鹕本周已表达了对交易得到巴特勒的兴趣。”
而据此前报道，76队也在偷偷追求巴特勒。
