财联社1月27日电，达达集团宣布，该公司收到其大股东、中国电子商务巨头京东提出的一份非约束性收购要约。京东提议，以每份美国存托股份(ADS)2.0美元(或每股普通股0.5美元)的价格购买达达集团尚未持有的ADS。这一收购报价较达达集团ADS上周五的收盘价1.41美元溢价42%。受此消息提振，截至发稿，达达集团周一美股盘前大涨超25%。
