证券时报e公司讯，易华录1月24日在业绩说明会上表示，国家化债政策落地对公司部分项目回款催收工作产生了助力。部分资金困难业主在化债资金的加持下，支付了对易华录的长期欠款，对应的坏账可实现转回。但未满足化债政策的款项，年度内会继续计提坏账。
