近日，长城汽车更换了企业LOGO， 取消“长城汽车”中文标识，改用“GWM”（长城汽车的缩写Great Wall Motor），采用以红色为主色调的扁平化设计。 1月22日，长城汽车董事长魏建军在年会上强调，将在全球招揽那些能够独当一面、有真才实学、敢于挑战、愿意共同试错的人，待遇荣誉无上限。
