1月22日，中国海洋石油在港交所公告：王欣女士因任职变化，不再担任公司首席财务官。穆秀平女士获委任为公司首席财务官，并由非执行董事调任为执行董事，且不再担任公司审核委员会成员。非执行董事王德华先生获委任为公司审核委员会成员。孙福街先生因工作需要，不再担任公司副总裁。自2025年1月22日生效。
