1月21日，广州市召开住房城乡建设工作会议。其中提到，2024年，广州力促房地产市场止跌回稳，全市一手商品房网签面积累计1097.49万平方米，27个“保交楼”项目全部完成交付。广州筹建保障性租赁住房10.79万套（间），筹建配售型保障性住房1.02万套，发放公租房租赁补贴2.19万户。推进523个老旧小区改造。
