澳大利亚竞争与消费者委员会（ACCC）1月21日公告称，开始审查IBM收购软件公司HashiCorp的交易，请有关各方在2025年2月4日下午5点之前提交与拟议收购有关的材料。去年4月，IBM宣布将以每股35美元现金收购软件公司HashiCorp，企业价值达64亿美元。
