财联社1月20日电，台积电积极冲刺CoWoS先进封装布局，市场传出台积电将在南科三期建置2座新厂。1月20日，台积电表示，因应市场强劲需求，将在台湾地区多个地点扩大先进封装设施，其中包含南科。
