2025年1月20日，*ST摩登(002656.SZ)公告称，公司于2024年5月10日收到广东证监局责令改正措施决定后，未能在六个月内完成整改，并于2025年1月14日被深交所实施退市风险警示。截至本公告披露日，公司被原控股股东瑞丰集团占用的资金仍有4000万元尚未完成清收。
