上述消息显示，王平已任松潘县副县长。
王平出生于1979年，藏族，此前在理县工作。王平早年长期在理县基层任职，担任过上孟乡党委副书记、乡长，上孟乡党委书记。
本次到松潘县任职前，王平任理县农业农村水利和科技局党组书记、局长。
