陕西金叶1月17日公告，2025年1月17日，公司收到实际控制人、董事局主席兼总裁袁汉源家属的通知，公安机关已解除对袁汉源的监视居住措施。同时，从即日起，袁汉源已恢复履行公司法定代表人、董事局主席兼总裁职务，董事王毓亮不再代行公司法定代表人、董事局主席职责。
