1月16日，南京证券公告称，南京证券股份有限公司于2024年10月15日发行了2024年度第四期短期融资券，发行金额为人民币10亿元，票面利率为1.99%，期限为92天，兑付日期为2025年1月16日（详见公司于2024年10月17日披露的《南京证券股份有限公司2024年度第四期短期融资券发行结果公告》）。
2025年1月16日，公司兑付了2024年度第四期短期融资券本息共计人民币1,005,015,890.41元。
