1月16日晚间，中国恒大在港交所公告，于2025年1月15日，香港高等法院指示，将押后针对天基控股的清盘呈请聆讯至2025年3月12日。公司将根据上市规则及适用法律适时就押后聆讯另行刊发公告。股份自2024年1月29日（星期一）上午10时18分起暂停买卖，并将继续停牌，直至另行通知。
