日野汽车公司（Hino Motors）1月16日宣布，已与美国司法部达成一项协议，解决于2022年发起的有关于美国市场发动机排放认证测试和性能问题的刑事调查。日野汽车已同意认罪并支付总额为5.2176亿美元的刑事处罚，4.425亿美元的民事罚款以及2.365亿美元的民事罚款和其他款项。
