据北京市住建委官网数据显示，1月15日，北京新房网签588套，网签面积108889.66㎡，其中住宅网签118套，网签面积13882.68㎡。二手房网签735套，网签面积66480.05㎡，其中住宅网签628套，网签面积61247.4㎡。

截止目前，1月（1月1日~15日）北京新房网签4210套，网签面积477815.5㎡，其中住宅网签1506套，网签面积188765.64㎡；二手房网签8425套，网签面积762194.07㎡，其中住宅7620套，住宅网签面积712795.48㎡。
