芯联集成1月15日发布2024年年度业绩预告，预计2024年年度实现营业收入约为65.09亿元，同比增长约22.26%；预计实现归属于母公司所有者的净利润约-9.69亿元，与上年同期相比减亏约9.89亿元，同比减亏约50.51%。
报告期内，公司实现主营收入约62.76亿元，同比增长约27.8%；其中，车载领域收入同比增长约41%，消费领域收入同比增长约66%。
公司12英寸硅基晶圆产品实现收入约7.91亿元，同比增长约1457%。
