《科创板日报》15日讯，苹果公司在台积电美国亚利桑那州工厂生产的4纳米芯片已进入最后的质量验证阶段，英伟达和AMD也在该厂进行芯片试产。消息人士透露，台积电美国厂尚未具备后段封装能力，因此上述芯片仍需运回中国台湾进行封装。 (台湾工商时报)
