财联社1月14日电，据美国全国广播公司（NBC）1月14日报道，阿拉巴马州、马里兰州和新罕布什尔州的立法者近期宣布了限制在校期间使用手机的法案。据健康非营利政策研究组织凯泽家族基金会（KFF）称，截至去年12月，已有其他11个州的立法者提出了限制手机使用的法案。
