1月13日消息，据国家金融监督管理总局玉溪监管分局行政处罚信息公示表显示，中国建设银行股份有限公司玉溪市分行因在个人贷款支付管理与控制方面存在不审慎行为，被处以25万元罚款。
同时，时任建设银行玉溪市分行个贷中心总经理的施文，也因同样原因被给予警告处分。
