财联社1月13日电，记者今天了解到，市场监管总局近日在国际上率先批准新建微波亮温度国家计量基准，该计量基准有利于解决射电天文、行星探索等领域微波亮温度参数长期无法直接溯源和计量校准问题。宇宙中任何温度高于绝对零度的物体都会释放微波能量，微波亮温度是衡量物体微波辐射强度的一种量化表征。
